This is an exciting time to join this highly regarded, commercial law firm.  It is a completely new offering here in Brisbane, having only opened their doors in the CBD within the past 12 months.

As the go-to Commercial Law firm for the Central Queensland area, the firm now have a rapidly growing Brisbane office.  This makes an interesting proposition for candidates who are looking for high quality work, quick promotion prospects, autonomy and excellent rewards.

Due to the appointment of a new Director with an established client following, the firm are now seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer (with a minimum of 3 years PAE+) with strong skills in the following areas:

• Corporate business sales, mergers and acquisitions
• Start ups and structuring advice including shareholder and buy-sell agreements
• Commercial and retail leasing
• General contract advice, including drafting terms and conditions, supply agreements and consultancy agreements
• Franchising advice

The firm are open to conversations with candidates from a 3 year PAE Lawyer level right through to Special Counsel, so all candidates are encouraged to apply. 

There is also an opportunity for the successful candidate to gain experience within Employment Law and Workplace Relations, although that is not essential.
