The Role As a Quantity Surveyor Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage regional quantity surveying teams, ensuring top performance and alignment with organizational values.
• Provide proactive and accurate commercial management throughout the development cycle.
• Oversee procurement, contract execution, subcontractor financials, and monthly reporting.
• Champion project management systems, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Mentor and train quantity surveyors, fostering professional growth within the team.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across all projects.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within residential or commercial construction.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost planning, and project financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams across multiple sites.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and solve problems efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools, including Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Full driver’s license and flexibility for frequent national travel.
