The Opportunity

A very prominent role for a Privacy/Data & Technology Lawyer now exists within the firm due to their focussed specialisation on technology, privacy, data, intellectual property that the commercial team operate within.

You may have considered an in-house move of late or, perhaps have become tired of the constant treadmill of traditional private practice. If this sounds like something that resonates, this is a very refreshing proposition to consider!

In particular, you will play a big part in working at the coal face with clients, preparing scopes and proposals, managing client retention, participating in business development initiatives, engaging with team and firm strategy initiatives and goals.

What is required

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is around 4-8 years PAE (however more senior applicants will absolutely be considered) who is looking for something truly left-field.

In addition, it would be highly beneficial to have some cyber risk, data breach and GDRP experience. CIPP/E qualification would also be desirable. The firm will fully support the successful individual in obtaining this qualification if that is something of interest.
