Exciting opportunity for experienced Manager’s for marine roles in Auckland. Well looked after, really tight knit team!

My client deals in small-medium sized marine fleet from their Auckland base.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, marine/maintenance professional that wants to join a fast paced, growing team.
This role can also suit someone who comes from an operations background with experience managing large teams of people.
The Role:
As an Operations / Crew Manager, you will lead by example, work closely with daily contact with your team, mentor and help to develop their skills.
Having some maintenance knowledge is a bonus, as these roles will work alongside the maintenance team.
Job Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of experience working as a manager either in operations or a marine background.
- Great communication skills
- A team player willing to enjoy their work.
- Working well under pressure
- Safety focused
- Valid New Zealand drivers license.
- New Zealand working rights
