Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial management for large-scale greenfield projects.
• Oversee cost planning, estimating, and procurement during preconstruction.
• Manage subcontractor agreements and financial administration.
• Provide detailed financial reporting, forecasting, and project audits.
• Act as a Procore champion, ensuring best practices in financial controls.
• Mentor and manage a regional QS team.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in residential/commercial quantity surveying.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, cost planning, and estimating.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing QS teams.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication skills and a solution-focused approach.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.
