About the Role:

Remedy Resourcing are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join a leading commercial build main contractor on an exciting project based in Queenstown. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of on-site construction to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports and mitigate risks effectively to keep the project on track.

About You:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in commercial or high-density residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on achieving project excellence.
